Use a wine rack to store and display your wash towels

Use baskets to help organize and display your towels on shelves

Use wallpaper or decorative paper to dress the inside of cabinet doors. Use with shelves for extra storage

Use riser shelves for double shelving. Hang your scissors and small tools. Use magnetic bins to store your elastics, bobby pins, etc. Use acrylic bins for a contained look

Install a sliding drawer for easy access to toiletries stored in the rear of the cabinet

When it comes to organizing your bathroom cabinets and linen closets remember that uniformity and containment is always best. Don't be afraid to be unconventional.

Hi friends, today I am excited to announce that I am conducting a giveaway for a $40 Macy's Gift Card. This giveaway is in promotion of The Workshop at Macy's and I am so happy that Macy's contacted me about this so that I may share it with you.

The Workshop at Macy's is a four day training course held at the offices of the Herald Square Macy's location in NYC by seasoned industry experts. In short, The Worshop is open to minority and women owned businesses with a goal to arm women with the knowledge and experience needed to land a high profile, retail account. Anyone who is interested and meets the requirements are welcome to apply but only a select few will be chosen to attend the competitive course. Submissions are due by February 11th, 2011.

I've always been a lover of color. Especially when it came to interiors, however for my own space, lets just say it's time for me to step out of the box. The contemporary, beige, off white, warm neutral tones box. I'm ready to step out into a world of color where people aren't afraid of the lime greens, the fuchsia pinks, and the magentas. I'm ready to incorporate a few new hues into my space because being bold is where it's at.

First step, start with being you. If you've never been a pink kind of girl then why start now. Pick a color that best represents your personality not the personality of the decor magazine editor who thinks they've started a trend.

Once you choose your color remember that it is OK to start slow. No one said the term "Go big or go home" should be applied to everything. When it comes to incorporating color into a space, I always say take baby steps. There's no need to drench your living room walls with lime green. Try some throw pillows and a rug or how about curtains in a vivid color. You may even dress the room with brightly colored flowers. Any of these changes will alter the mood of a room. And if you are the risk taker with the bold, no regrets personality then go for the gold. Purchase that couch in a lively hue or paint the walls in something fun. Always remember that you are the one who is coming home to it.

The word shoes have been thrown around almost like a metaphor. Yes they still cover your feet, and they may even still have some sort of function, but the term "killer shoes" have, in more recent days, become a more literal interpretation.

Take the new Jeffrey Campbell "Clinic" wedges. Maybe they cleverly thought up the name of this daring shoe after visions of women tumbling crept into their thoughts or maybe they wanted to dare the bravest of the shoe craving women who love a challenge. Either way, I think this "shoe" is to die for, no pun intended. And I always love a challenge in the name of fashion.

Brazil has been known for their beautiful beaches but we all know that it is best known fot its gorgeous women. The Brazilian Supermodel is nothing new to us I know, but I just couldn't resist this newly appointed Brazilian Top Model named Lais Ribeiro.

Lais Ribeiro is a bit more dark and mysterious than her Brazilian counterparts but her beauty is unmatched. At 19, the 5'11" soon to be Supermodel has strutted for some of the most admired designers during New York Fashion Week and this is only the beginning. I wouldn't be surprised if the editors gauked at her beauty instead of at the clothing that they were there to study.

Keep an eye out for Lais, she is sure to be one to watch.

So I know I have been missing in action for sometime now but it has been for good reason. About 6 weeks ago my mother was infected with The West Nile Virus. Who new a mosquito could do so much damage. It was devastating. My mother suffered from some neurological damage, but she has really come along and I thank God everyday. She is now home and working on strengthening her legs, but other then that she is just fine.
